This will be rather broad overview of the topic covering essential facts and figures. Internet TV will be discussed in relation to social media, defining their correlation and overlapping aspects.

Next part will dig down to psychological affects that social media has over internet audience. Speaker will also talk about clicknetwork.tv as a case of successful online broadcasting project and evaluate its development and production stages.



Presentation №2 - From traditional blogging to video blogging

Presentation №4 - Standards and guidelines for online broadcasting

In her second presentation Gillian Tan will cover existing standards for online video broadcasting. She will analyse production planning process and discuss details of appropriate structure, formatting and parameters of digital content.

Second part of the presentation will evaluate importance of journalism skills in content creation process and provide general guidelines for proper media content production. Presentation will also cover marketing and promotional strategies for post-production materials.



Presentation №5 - Internet TV – Introduction

This presentation is detailed discussion about internet TV, covering all technical aspects and answering important questions. Speaker will compare and contrast side-by-side: internet TV, Video -sharing sites and IPTVs. Advantages over traditional TV broadcasting will be provided based on specific arguments and case studies.

Technical aspects of internet TV development will be evaluated according to system architecture, programming, networking and delivery systems; and reference system designs from existing projects will be examined.



Presentation №6 - Journalism side of internet TV

This presentation is mostly covering journalism side of the conference. It answers question of how internet TV as a new channel of information broadcasting can be effective. Provides examples and explains why content creators should seek to improve social media.

Hemmy Cho will look into partnership among journalist and technical specialist to give recommendations about successful system development. She will critically evaluate necessity of diversification in terms of influence over media quality.

Finally different world-wide case studies will be discussed and conclusions drawn.



Presentation №7 - "Chveni Expresi" as a media project

Presentation will also include evaluation of the situation currently present in Georgia.



Presentation №8 - Monetizing products through online advertising
